Duck Creek/Edwards Negotiations
/On April 21 and 22 Local 51 met with IPH/Dynegy. The entire first day was spent reviewing Local 51’s proposals. On the second day we completed the review. Late in the day we asked several questions concerning their proposals. We also informed them of our position on their proposal #10 which as proposed would overhaul our current seniority provisions particularly regarding the layoff process and subsequent bumping. We firmly stated the memberships opposition to this proposal.
